Return: We accept returns for an exchange or refunds within 3 days of your item being received. There are NO exceptions. All return reports must be contacted by email with 5 days. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. All return products will requires a 10% restocking fee and buyer will need to handle all return shipping. For all return products must provide a tracking number, full name, address and email address.
If your item becomes damaged during transit to your residence, please keep the original packaging. Claims for broken items must be processed no later than 15 days of shipment shipping date. Please email your name, original shipping tracking number, shipping address, order number and five photographs of the broken item. After receiving all information, a new replacement will sent as soon as possible. Returns or damaged item claims will be processed in the order we receive them.
